I have run many open houses that the New Mexico State University Campus Observatory, visited a number of schools in southern New Mexico and California, hosted large and small groups including Brownie and Boy Scout toops as well as adult groups, and given slide shows and lectures to the general public.

Leadership Positions:

May 2000 - August 2001: President of the Astronomy Graduate Student Organization - Preside at weekly student meetings; attend monthly faculty meetings and discuss student issues; liason between students and faculty; represent the Astronomy Graduate Student Organization at University functions, organized the NMSU and graduate student help for the Sloan Digital Sky Survey dedication, October 6, 2000

May 1999 - August 2000: Treasurer for the Astronomy Graduate Student Organization - In charge of spending $2,000 in a timely and responsible manner on items to better the education of the astronomy graduate students
